Rose de Rescht ® - rose bush for jam

The “Rose de Resht” variety belongs to the Damask rose family. The tastiest and most aromatic jams are made with the petals of this rose, as well as other scented culinary preparations, such as syrup or tea made from dried petals.

It has an intense and pleasant aroma, and the color of the petals ranges from pink to purple-red. It blooms very abundantly, in waves, once every 3-4 weeks, and has a compact flower, with around 50 petals. It is a very beautiful and extremely perfumed rose. The “Rose de Resht” is a floribunda rose from the Damask rose family, with a height at maturity of about 60 to 80 cm, and blooms profusely in waves every 3-4 weeks. It is very resistant to cold, diseases and pesticides. The plants are grafted the second year and produce flowers from the first year of planting. Planting is carried out at a distance of 80-90 cm between plants in each row and at least one meter of separation is left between the rows.
