Return or replacement of products
We guarantee that all of our rose bushes are of the highest quality and, if planted correctly, have a 100% survival rate.
If a product does not root or develop properly during the warranty period, we will replace it or refund your money.
To do this you must send us an email with the following information:
- Label of each rose bush
- Copy of the purchase order
- Photographs of the products in question or the returned plants
Note: A product can only be replaced by another product of the same variety. No replacement or refund will be possible for plants that have not been handled or planted according to our instructions.
