Wonderful creations can come from the hands of man. From the hands of a rose bush creator, an artist who spends thousands of hours in his own garden studying and testing, studying again and planting, nothing can come out other than a creation never before seen by the human eye.
Kordes' Söhne is one of those wonderful creators. He conceived, in 2014, in Germany, a wonderful variety of rose bush with medium-sized double flowers (about 8 cm in diameter), beautifully colored in shades of white, with up to 80 lightly scented petals, which he decided to name “ Alaska". This is an exceptional climbing rose with pure white flowers, moderate development and great resistance to diseases. It blooms repeatedly throughout the season and can reach a height of between 2 and 2.5 m in its mature stage.
After learning about its history, we wanted to bring the “Alaska” variety also to Romania, and our customers have been delighted with the creation of W. Kordes' Söhne.
